SE PARTE DE UN HORMIGON DE GRAN PLASTICIDAD Y DE MOLDES ESPECIALES, A BASE DE UN MATERIAL ELASTOMERO, DE MANERA QUE ESTOS MOLDES OFRECEN UNA GRAN ELASTICIDAD Y PRESENTAN UNA SUPERFICIE OPERATIVA CON TODO TIPO DE RANURAS Y ENTRANTES, OBTENIDA A BASE DE UN ELEMENTO NATURAL, COMO POR EJEMPLO UNA PLAZA DE PIZARRA. DURANTE LA FASE DE MOLDEO QUE SE REALIZA SEGUIDAMENTE, CON ESTOS MOLDES ELASTICOS COLABORAN MOLDES RIGIDOS QUE ANULAN SU DEFORMABILIDAD HASTA EL OMENTO DEL DESMOLDEO, EL CUAL SE REALIZA TRAS EL VIBRADO Y EL CURADO DEL HORMIGON. LA SUPERFICIE VISTA DE LAS LOSAS SE COLOREA, SE LE APLICA UN SELLADOR Y ENDURECEDOR Y FINALMENTE SE SECA EN UN HORNO.
