ESTA ACCION EXPANSIVA ES UTILIZADA EN SUSTITUCION DE LAS VOLADURAS TRADICIONALES CON EXPLOSIVOS, PARA DEMOLICION DE MASAS DE HORMIGON ENDURECIDO, CORTE LIMPIO DE ROCAS ORNAMENTALES, ETC. LA MATERIA PRIMA ES MOLIDA SEPARADAMENTE A TAMAÑOS INFERIORES A 90 MICRAS, DOSIFICANDOSE DEL 60-80% DE CALIZA Y DEOLOMIA, DEL 15 AL 35% DE MATERIALES ALUMINOSOS Y EL 5% DE MINERALIZADORES. EL PRODUCTO RESULTANTE, UNA VEZ HOMOGENEIZADO, ES CALCINADO ENTRE 1.500 Y 1.700 C, HASTA SINTERIZACION DEL PRODUCTO DE COCCION.
