ES UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE UN HILO DE FILAMENTOS LISO, DIMENSIONALMENTE ESTABLE, DE BAJO ENCOGIMIENTO SE PARTE DE UN POY DE POLIESTER. EL POY DE POLIESTER SE ESTIRA EN FRIO CON UNA RELACION DE ESTIRADO DE 1,8 HASTA 2,5 Y A CONTINUACION SE RELAJA CON UN AVANCE DE UN 3 HASTA UN 10% APROXIMADAMENTE. SE OBTIENE UN HILO CON UN MODULO INICIAL DE 600 HASTA 1.200 CN/TEX, UN LIMITE DE REVERSIBILIDAD DE > 8 CN/TEX Y UNA ELASTICIDAD DE < 20%. PUEDE EMPLEARSE COMO HILO DE POLIESTER ALTAMENTE RESISTENTE EN TODAS LAS APLICACIONES EN LAS CUALES SE REQUIERE UNA ESTABILIDAD DIMENSIONAL.
