PROCESO PARA EXTRACCION DE AGUA DE LODOS PROCEDENTES DE FABRICACION DE TERRAZOS Y PRODUCTOS AFINES CON FILTRO DE PRENSA Y DEPOSITO DECANTADOR, QUE RECUPERA HASTA EL 80% DEL AGUA CONTENIDA EN LOS LODOS PRODUCIDOS POR LAS FABRICAS DE TERRAZO, CERAMICAS, COLORANTES Y OTRAS, MIENTRAS QUE EL LODO SE RECOGE TOTALMENTE SECO COMO ESCOMBRO DE OBRAS PUDIENDOSE DEPOSITAR EN VERTEDEROS MUNICIPALES SIN SER YA CONSIDERADO CONTAMINANTE, Y QUE CONSISTE EN UN DEPOSITO DECANTADOR QUE REALIZA UNA PRIMERA SEPARACION DEL AGUA DE LOS LODOS DIRIGIENDOLA DE NUEVO AL PROCESO DE PRODUCCION Y UN FILTRO-PRENSA QUE RECIBE EL LODO Y MEDIANTE PRESION ADECUADA REALIZADA EN SU INTERIOR RECUPERA EL RESTO DEL AGUA A TRAVES DE MALLAS, EN TANTO QUE LA TORTA DE LODO ES DESCARGADA SECA POR ACCION DE LA GRAVEDAD VOLVIENDOSE ASI A REINICIAR EL CICLO.
