CON UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICACION DE AMONIACO DE GAS NATURAL, LPG, NAFTA O GASES CONTENIENDO HIDROGENO, CON LO QUE EN EL PROCEDIMIENTO SE PRODUCE UNA REFORMA COMBINADA AUTOTERMICA Y DEL SISTEMA SE SUMINISTRA OXIGENO Y AIRE PRECALENTADO COMO CORRIENTES DE GAS SEPARADA, DEBE ENCONTRARSE UN METODO ECONOMICO Y DE FACIL TECNICA DE PROCEDIMIENTO QUE PERMITA LA PRODUCCION DE AMONIACO EN CANTIDADES ESPECIALES. ESTO SE CONSIGUE POR LOS SIGUIENTES PASOS DEL PROCEDIMIENTO VISTO PARCIALMENTE QUE CONSISTEN EN QUE EL OXIGENO OBTENIDO SEPARADAMENTE JUNTO AL OXIGENO DEL AIRE SE PRODUCE DE UNA CORRIENTE DE OXIGENO CONCENTRADO DE AL MENOS UN CONTENIDO DE 50% DE O2, CON LO QUE ESTA CORRIENTE DE OXOGENO CONCENTRADO NO SE PRECALIENTA EN MAS DE 250 C, QUE LA CORRIENTE DE AIRE SE PRECALIENTA A UNA TEMPERATURA ENTRE 450 Y 900 C Y QUE CON LA CORRIENTE DE AIRE Y / O LA CORRIENTE DE OXIGENO ADICIONAL SE AJUSTA LA PROPORCION DESEADA H2 / N2 EN LA SALIDA DEL GRADO DE REFORMA.
