COMPOSICION DE PRODUCTOS BASE PARA LA PREPARACION DE BEBIDAS Y PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SU PREPARACION. LA COMPOSICION ESTA FORMADA POR AGLOMERADOS DE CACAO, MEZCLA DE CACAO CALIENTE, CAFE O MEZCLA DE POLVO DE LECHE DESNATADA Y AZUCAR, QUE TIENE UN TAMAÑO DE PARTICULA DE 10 A 40 MALLAS, Y QUE SE REVISTEN CON UNA CAPA DELGADA DE UN REVESTIMIENTO DE CONFITERIA A BASE DE GRASA. ESTE REVESTIMIENTO A BASE DE GRASA PUEDE SER LECHE, CHOCOLATE OSCURO O GRASA VEGETAL DE MANTECA SIN CACAO.
