Abstract

METODO DE SEPARAR LIPOPROTEINAS DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA, POR EJEMPLO SANGRE, MEDIANTE TRATAMIENTO CON UNA EMULSION ACUOSA DE PERFLUOROCARBONO (PFC), ES DECIR UNA DISPERSION DE PFC QUE CONTIENE UN EMULSIFICADOR FOSFOLIPIDICO. EL METODO COMPRENDE MEZCLAR LA SOLUCION ACUOSA CON UNA EMULSION DE PARTICULAS DE PERFLUOROCARBONO EN AGUA QUE CONTIENE FOSFOLIPIDOS, CON LO QUE LA PARTE PROTEICA DE DICHA LIPOPROTEINA SE UNE AL FOSFOLIPIDO EN LA SUPERFICIE DE LAS PARTICULAS DE PERFLUOROCARBONO, Y SEPARAR EL PERFLUOROCARBONO QUE CONTIENE PROTEINA DE DICHA SOLUCION ACUOSA. EL PRESENTE METODO PRETENDE APLICARSE A LA SEPARACION DE LIPOPROTEINAS DE SOLUCIONES ACUOSAS TALES COMO LA SANGRE.
