LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN INJERTO PARA EL ACOPLAMIENTO DE UNA PIEZA DE ACERO AL MANGANESO A OTRA PIEZA DE ACERO AL CARBONO, A UN PROCEDIMIENTO CON AYUDA DE ESTE INJERTO, ASI COMO A UNA UNION OBTENIDA POR ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO. EL INJERTO DE ESTA INVENCION SE OBTIENE MOLIENDO UNA ALEACION AUSTENO-FERRITICA QUE TIENE LA COMPOSICION QUIMICA SIGUIENTE (% EN PESO): CARBONO 0,025-0,035 % MANGANESO 6-11 % SILICIO 0,5-1,5 % NIQUEL 5-8 % CROMO 17,5-20 % MOLIBDENO <0,5 % NITROGENO 0,12-0,20 % FOSFORO Y AZUFRE (MENOR O IGUAL) 0,030 % Y CUYO CONTENIDO EN FERRITA (DELTA) MEDIDA POR CONTEO ESTA COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 5 Y 15 % APROXIMADAMENTE. ESTE INJERTO SE APLICA ESPECIALMENTE AL ACOPLAMIENTO DE UNA PIEZA DE ACERO AL MANGANESO A OTRAS PIEZAS DE ACERO AL CARBONO, TALES COMO RAILES DE FERROCARRIL.
