Abstract
Método de refinado y blanqueado de ésteres brutos sustancialmente neutros de ácidos grasos de alcoholes polihídricos, tomados de la clase constituida por glicerol y poliglicoles, caracterizado por comprender la adición a dichos ésteres de una disolución de agua oxigenada en cantidad suficiente para que dé por resultado un blanqueo de dichos ésteres, el caldeo y agitación de la mezcla, la introducción en ella de un álcali, el dejar después reposar la mezcla para formar dos capas, recuperando el éster refinado y separando de él el agua por evaporación.
