Abstract

Machine for pitting and stuffing olives using ball-shaped portions of stuffing, which comprises a mechanism for supplying olives and balls of stuffing, a device for positioning the olives and balls of stuffing, a rotary disc with horizontal axis equipped with an infinity of axial drill holes close to the periphery, each one intended to receive an olive, a pitting punch facing, on one side of the rotary disc, each drill hole in the disc, a sleeve for retaining the olives opposite each drill hole in the disc and located between the latter and the pitting punch, a chamber carrying a ball of stuffing which is opposite each hole in the rotary disc on the side opposite that occupied by the pitting punch, and a stuffing pushing device which is located towards the same side as the chamber carrying the stuffing. <IMAGE>
