A CONTINUACION SE ACONDICIONA DE FORMA HERMETICA EL PRODUCTO CON EL O LOS MOLDES Y DESPUES SE ESTERILIZA EL CONJUNTO. LA GUARNICION PUEDE ESTAR SEPARADA DE LA PASTA POR UN BARQUILLO IMPERMEABILIZADO O POR UNA SEPARACION MECANICA, COMO POR EJEMPLO UN SEGUNDO MOLDE (60), O POR UN PAPEL DE OBLEA TRATADO.
