EL PRESENTE INVENTO TIENE COMO OBJETIVO LA FABRICACION DE UNA TARTA INVERTIDA DE LARGA DURACION COLOCANDO LA GUARNICION A BASE DE FRUTA CRUDA EN, AL MENOS, UN MOLDE (10), ECHANDO POR ENCIMA LA PASTA CRUDA Y COCIENDO LOS PRODUCTOS. A CONTINUACION SE ACONDICIONA DE FORMA HERMETICA EL PRODUCTO CON EL O LOS MOLDES Y DESPUES SE ESTERILIZA EL CONJUNTO. LA GUARNICION PUEDE ESTAR SEPARADA DE LA PASTA POR UN BARQUILLO IMPERMEABILIZADO O POR UNA SEPARACION MECANICA, COMO POR EJEMPLO UN SEGUNDO MOLDE (60), O POR UN PAPEL DE OBLEA TRATADO. DICHO PRODUCTO PUEDE CONSERVARSE DURANTE VARIOS MESES.
