Abstract

1.- DISPOSITIVO PARA LA TRANSMISION DE SEÑALES DESDE UNA PIEZA GIRATORIA A UNA PIEZA FIJA, SOBRE TODO DESDE LA RUEDA DE UN VEHICULO AL VEHICULO. 2.1.- EN LOS DISPOSITIVOS CONOCIDOS SE PALPA MEDIANTE UN SENSOR UNA RUEDA DENTADA QUE GIRA CON LA RUEDA DEL VEHICULO Y QUE PRODUCE UNA PRIMERA SEÑAL DE SENSOR QUE CORRESPONDE A LA VELOCIDAD DEL VEHICULO. UNA SEGUNDA SEÑAL DEL SENSOR SE PRODUCE MEDIANTE UN ELEMENTO DE AJUSTE, QUE SE COMPONE DE UN MATERIAL FERROMAGNETICO Y EN CASO DE INDICACION RELLENA LAS FALTAS DE LA RUEDA DENTADA, DE FORMA QUE FRENTE AL SENSOR SE SIMULA UN DIENTE ENSANCHADO COMO ELEMENTO A PARPAL. ESTA SEGUNDA SEÑAL DEL SENSOR SOLO QUEDA SUFICIENTEMENTE MARCADA Y RECEPCIONADA POR LA ELECTRONICA DE VALORACION, CUANDO EL HUECO EN LOS DIENTES QUEDA RELLENADO POR EL ELEMENTO DE AJUSTE. EL NUEVO DISPOSITIVIO DEBE PRODUCIR RESPECTO A LOS DISPOSITIVOS CONOCIDOS UNA SEGUNDA SEÑAL DE SENSOR MEJORADA. 2.2.- EL ELEMENTO DE AJUSTE (7) ESTA FORMADO POR UN MAGNETO DE LARGA DURACION, CUYA SECCION TRANSVERSAL ESTA COLOCADA EN LA ZONA DEL FLANCO DE LOS DIENTES (11) DE UN DIENTE (2) DE LA CORONA DENTADA (4). EL CAMPO MAGNETICO PRODUCIDO POR EL ELEMENTO DE AJUSTE (7) PUEDE RECEPCIONARSE POR EL SENSOR (5). 2.3.- EL DISPOSITIVO PUEDE UTILIZARSE EN RUEDAS DE VEHICULOS EN LOS QUE SE UTILIZA UN DISPOSITIVO DE MEDICION EN FORMA DE UNA COMBINACION DE CORONA DENTADA/SENSOR PARA RECONOCER LA VELOCIDAD DE LA RUEDA.
