LAS PIEZAS DE CARBONO Y CERAMICA RESISTENTE A ALTAS TEMPERATURAS CON UNA GRAN EXACTITUD EN LA MEDIDA FINAL SIN ELABORACION MECANICA POSTERIOR SE OBTIENEN MEDIANTE COMPRESION Y SINTERIZACION DE LOS POLVOS CORRESPONDIENTES SIGUIENDO EL SIGUIENTE PROCESO: PRIMERO SE PRODUCE UNA PIEZA COMPRIMIDA EN UN MOLDE DE GOMA, DESMENUZANDOLA EN UN GRANULADO ISOMETRICO. EN UNA MATRIZ METALICA SE COMPRIME EL GRANULADO PARA OBTENER PIEZAS DE UNTAMAÑO SUPERIOR AL PREVISTO EN LA MISMA MEDIDA EN QUE LUEGO SE REDUCIRA AL SER SINTERIZADA. EL GRANULADO DEBE CONTENER JUNTO AL LUBRICANTE UN DESPLAZADOR DE AIRE.
