Abstract

EL INVENTO CONSISTE EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE CULTIVO DE VIRUS DE LA RINOTRAQUEITIS INFECCIOSA DEL PAVO QUE ES RESPONSABLE IGUALMENTE DE AFECCIONES DE OTRAS ESPECIES AVICOLAS TALES COMO EL SINDROME INFECCIOSO DE GORDAS CABEZAS ( O DE INFLAMACION DE LA CABEZA DE LA GALLINA Y DE LA PINTADA). SEGUN EL INVENTO, SE EXTRAE DE MUESTRAS DE ANIMALES ENFERMOS, QUE SE INOCULAN SOBRE CULTIVOS CELULARES CONSTITUIDOS POR UNA ALINEACCION CONTINUA DE CELULAS DE RIÑON DE SIMIO. SE OBTIENE ASI UNA GRAN CANTIDAD DE VIRUS UTILIZABLE COMO ANTIGENO EN LA FABRICACCION DE UNA VACUNA PUDIENDO SER INDISTINTAMENTE UTILIZADA PARA LA IMUNIZACION DE TODAS LAS ESPECIES AVICOLAS. EL INVENTO SE APLICA IGUALMENTE A LA FABRICACION DE VACUNAS A PARTIR DE CEPAS VIRALES OBTENIDAS PARA ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO.
