PROCEDIMIENTO Y MEZCLA PARA FORMAR UNA MASA REFRACTARIA COHERENTE SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE. SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FORMAR UNA MASA REFRACTARIA COHERENTE SOBRE UNA SUPERFICIE QUE TIENE COMO BASE UN COMPUESTO DE SILICIO, EN EL QUE SE PROYECTA CONTRA LA SUPERFICIE, SIMULTANEAMENTE CON OXIGENO, UNA MEZCLA QUE COMPRENDE PARTICULAS REFRACTARIAS Y PARTICULAS COMBUSTIBLES QUE REACCIONAN DE MODO EXOTERMICO CON EL OXIGENO PROYECTADO, DESPRENDIENDO SUFICIENTE CALOR PARA FORMAR LA MASA REFRACTARIA, BAJO LA ACCION DEL CALOR DE COMBUSTION. LA MEZCLA COMPRENDE PARTICULAS COMBUSTIBLES DE SILICIO, PARTICULAS REFRACTARIAS DE UNA O VARIAS SUBSTANCIAS, QUE CONSTITUYEN LA MAYOR PARTE EN PESO DE LA MEZCLA, ASI COMO PARTICULAS DE OTRA SUBSTANCIA Y/O PARTICULAS NO METALICAS CUYA COMPOSICION ES TAL QUE, DURANTE LA FORMACION DE LA MASA REFRACTARIA, GENERAN LA OTRA SUBSTANCIA MENCIONADA, DE TAL MODO QUE ESTA OTRA SUBSTANCIA PROVOCA LA INCORPORACION DE SILICE, FORMADA POR LA COMBUSTION DE LAS PARTICULAS DE SILICIO, EN UNA RED CRISTALINA.
