Abstract

A sliding wing made completely of glass for a sliding wall is specified, with at least one upper support element, from which the sliding wing is displaceably suspended in a horizontal guide rail. In order to implement a tight separation of the room parts separated by the sliding wall, a glass plate is provided at its upper and lower horizontal edge and at least at one vertical edge with a rim mount. The vertical sections of the rim mount possess a profile which is positively complementary to the adjoining profile of the adjacent sliding wing.
