EL BENZENO Y EL PROPILENO SE HACEN REACCIONAR EN EL LECHO SUPERIOR DONDE EL TAMIZ DE TIPO OMEGA ES MAS SELECTIVO AL COMPUESTO QUE EL TAMIZ DE TIPO Y. PARTE DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION FLUYE HACIA ABAJO DE LA COLUMNA HASTA EL LECHO Y DONDE EL BENZENO REACCIONA CON CUALQUIER RESTO DE PROPILENO QUE QUEDE SIN REACCIONAR PARA PRODUCIR EL COMPUESTO. ADICIONALMENTE, EL BENZENO REACCIONA CON DIPROPIL BENZENO EN EL LECHO Y PARA PRODUCIR MAS COMPUESTO.
