ADEMAS TIENE UNA UNIDAD DE BOMBA COMUNICADA POR TUBERIAS CON EL DEPOSITO DE MEZCLA Y CON UN FILTRO-PRENSA DE VARIOS COMPARTIMIENTOS, QUE TRANSPORTA LOS FANGOS ACONDICIONADOS DEL DEPOSITO DE MEZCLA AL FILTRO-PRENSA DONDE SE PRENSAN. LA UNIDAD DE BOMBA SE COMPONE DE AL MENOS DOS BOMBAS DE EMBOLO ACCIONADAS EN SENTIDO CONTRARIO, UNA RESPECTO A LA OTRA, Y QUE VAN CONECTADAS A UNA TUBERIA COLECTIVA DE TRANSPORTE. LOS ACCIONAMIENTOS DE LAS BOMBAS SE MANEJAN DE MANERA QUE LA CARRERA DE COMPRESION DE UNA DE LAS DOS EMPIECE ANTES DE QUE TERMINE LA DE LA OTRA.
