METODO DE PERFORACION CON ESCUDO MECANICO UTILIZANDO AGENTE ESPUMANTE. EL PRESENTE INVENTO ESTA DIRIGIDO A MEJORAS INTRODUCIDAS EN UN METODO DE PERFORACION CON ESCUDO MECANICO. UNA SOLUCION QUE CONTIENE UN AGENTE ESPUMANTE DILUIDO CON AGUA Y ALMACENADA EN UN DEPOSITO ES AGITADA MEDIANTE UN GENERADOR DE ESPUMA JUNTO CON AIRE PROCEDENTE DE UN COMPRESOR, PARA GENERAR ASI ESPUMA. LA ESPUMA ASI OBTENIDA ES ALIMENTADA A TRAVES DE UN TUBO A, POR LO MENOS, UN FRENTE DE EXCAVACION O UNA CAMARA DE EMPUJE DEL TERRENO, DE LA MAQUINA DE ESCUDO MECANICO. LA RESISTENCIA POR ROZAMIENTO ENTRE LA CABEZA CORTADORA Y EL FRENTE DE EXCAVACION ES REDUCIDA MERCED A LA ACCION LUBRICANTE DE LA ESPUMA. LOS ESCOMBROS EXCAVADOS, LLEVADOS A LA CAMARA DE EMPUJE DEL TERRENO Y LA ESPUMA, SON AGITADOS Y MEZCLADOS PARA FORMAR ESCOMBROS QUE CONTIENEN BURBUJAS DE AIRE Y CON UNA MAYOR FLUIDEZ Y UNA PERMEABILIDAD REDUCIDA.
