PARA TRATAR CON SILICIO CUERPOS MODELADOS POROSOS DE CARBURO DE SILICIO/CARBONO SE TRANSFORMA UNA MEZCLA DE POLVO DE CARBURO DE SILICIO, AGLOMERANTE ORGANICO Y EVENTUALMENTE CARBONO EN UN CUERPO VIRGEN, SE ELIMINA EL AGLOMERANTE DEL CUERPO VIRGEN EN UNA ATMOSFERA NO OXIDANTE POR COQUIZACION A 1000 C APROXIMADAMENTE Y EL MATERIAL BRUTO OBTENIDO SE TRATA CON SILICIO FUNDIDO. EL MATERIAL BRUTO OBTENIDO DESCANSA SOBRE UN SOPORTE DE SISIC POROSO, QUE SE HALLA EN CONTACTO CON EL SILICIO LIQUIDO CON SU SUPERFICIE INFERIOR.
