LUEGO SE SECUENCIAN LOS AMINO TERMINALES DE LOS POLIPEPTIDOS SM-B Y/O SM-B'', Y SE SINTETIZAN LAS SONDAS DE DNA MARCADAS CON SECUENCIAS DE NUCLEOTIDOS COMPLEMENTARIAS CON LAS QUE CODIFICAN LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS.
