EL PROBLEMA SE TRATA DE CREAR UN DIVISOR DE FRECUENCIA PROGRAMABLE, QUE POSIBILITA UN CAMPO DE VARIACIONES, GRANDE DE LA RELACION DEL DIVISOR, TAMBIEN AL LADO DE LA DISOLUCION ALTA.
