UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICAR FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRO (HF), DE GRAN PUREZA, QUE TIENE NIVELES BAJOS DE IMPUREZA DE ARSENICO, PONIENDO EN CONTACTO FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRO, O UN PRODUCTO INTERMEDIO ANHIDRO, OBTENIDO DURANTE LA FABRICACION DE HF, CON PEROXIDO DEHIDROGENO, PARA OXIDAR LA IMPUREZA DE ARSENICO, EN PRESENCIA DE UN CATALIZADOR QUE CONSTA DE UNA CANTIDAD CATALITICA DE UN COMPONENTE ELEGIDO DEL GRUPO QUE CONSTA DE MOLIBDENO, UN COMPUESTO DE MOLIBDENO, VANADIO Y UN COMPUESTO DE VANADIO. LA IMPUREZA DE ARSENUCO TRIVALENTE VOLATIL EN EL FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRO SE OXIDA A UN COMPUESTO DE ARSENICO PENTAVALENTE NO VOLATIL, Y LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE SE DESTILA PARA RECUPERAR FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRO DE GRAN PUREZA, CON NIVELES BAJOS DE IMPUREZA DE ARSENICO. EN UNA INCORPORACION, SE AÑADE A LA MEZCLA DE REACCION UN AGENTE OXIDANTE, TAL COMO ACIDO NITRICO O UNA SAL DE NITRATO, PARA OXIDAR LOS COMPUESTOS ORGANICOS.
