Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.砒素汚染した無水フッ化水素からの砒素不純物レベルの低い無水フッ化水素 の製造方法において、次の工程: (a)次の成分; (i)モリブデン、モリブデン化合物、バナジウムおよびバナジウム化合物から 成る群から選択される要素、および (ii)リン酸塩化合物 の触媒量から成る触媒の存在下において、前記無水フッ化水素を、無水フッ化水 素中の揮発性三価砒素不純物を不揮発性の五価砒素化合物に酸化するために充分 な温度および充分な期間において、砒素不純物を酸化するのに有効量の過酸化水 素と接触させる工程; および (b)生成した混合物を蒸留して、砒素不純物レベルの低下した無水フッ化水素 を回収する工程 から成る方法。 2.前記砒素汚染したフッ化水素が前記砒素不純物の過酸化水素酸化を妨げるよ うな量の有機汚染物を含まない請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記砒素汚染したフッ化水素が有機物質によって汚染されており、前記無水 フッ化水素が存在する有機物質を酸化するための酸化剤の有効量とも接触する請 求項1記載の方法。 4.前記成分(i)が有機モリブデン化合物である請求項1記載の方法。 5.前記成分(i)がバナジウムである請求項1記載の方法。 6.前記成分(i)が有機バナジウム化合物である請求項1記載の方法。 7.前記成分(i)が無機バナジウム化合物である請求項1記載の方法。 8.前記成分(i)がバナジン酸アンモニウムである請求項1記載の方法。 9.前記成分(i)がバナジン酸ナトリウムである請求項1記載の方法。 10.触媒中の金属成分の量が100%HFを基準にして少なくとも約3.7p pmであり、触媒中のリン酸塩成分の量が100%HFを基準にして少なくとも 3.5ppmである請求項1記載の方法。
