TAMBIEN DESCUBRE NUEVOS ORGANISMOS LACTOBACILLUS BULGARICUS PARA HACER LOS PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS FERMENTADOS QUE SON CONDICIONALMENTE SENSIBLES, QUE SON, OPERADOS PARA METABOLIZAR UN COMPONENTE DESEADO NORMALMENTE BAJO LAS CONDICIONES DE PROCESO PARA LOS PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS FERMENTADOS, PERO DISMINUYE O DECRECE EN ACTIVIDAD, ADEMAS DE QUE ES NORMAL BAJO LAS TEMPERATURAS DE ALMACENAJE RUTINARIAS PARA LOS PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS RUTINARIOS.
