UN DISPOSITIVO CERTIFICADOR (103) PERMITE DECODIFICAR CARACTERES ALFANUMERICOS DE ESTE ESPACIO, CIFRARLOS (306) Y CONFECCIONAR UN SELLO ALFANUMERICO QUE SE TRANSMITE SOBRE LA LINEA DEL TELECOPIADOR (107) CON EL CODIGO ESTANDAR DE LAS SEÑALES DE TELECOPIA.
