LA COMPOSICION PUEDE SER TAMBIEN USADA PARA LA PROFILAXIS DEL CANCER DE PECHO. MAS PARTICULARMENTE, ESTA INVENCION RELATA UNA COMPOSICION QUE COMPRENDE UNA SOLUCION DE IODINA ELEMENTAL (I2) LA CUAL PUEDE ESTAR REFERIDA A UNA IODINA METALICA O A UN METAL DE IODINA. LA IODINA ELEMENTAL ES SOLUBLE EN AGUA QUE LA DEJA DERMODINAMICAMENTE LIBRE. EL PERIODO "IODICA ACUOSA" PUEDE SER TAMBIEN USADO EN REFERENCIA A DICHA SOLUCION ACUOSA.
