Abstract
LA INVENCION SOLUCIONA EL PROBLEMA DE LA TECNICA DE DELIGNIFICAR PASTA DE CELULOSA DE UNA MANERA SELECTIVA QUE DARA COMO RESULTADO UN CONTENIDO MUY BAJO DE RESIDUOS DE LIGNINA EN LA PASTA Y EN CONSECUENCIA UNA CANTIDAD ALTA DE LIGNINA DISUELTA EN LICORES AGOTADOS, QUE SE RECUPERAN EN EL SISTEMA DE RECUPERACION QUIMICO DEL AMASADOR DE PASTA. LA INVENCION CONSTITUYE UN METODO QUE CONSISTE EN ACTIVAR EL MATERIAL LIGNOCELULOSICO QUE CONTIENE LIQUIDO ANTE LA PRESENCIA DE NITRATO CON UN GAS QUE CONTIENE DIOXIDO DE NITROGENO, SEGUIDO DE LA DELIGNIFICACION DEL MATERIAL LIGNOCELULOSICO, Y MEDIR POR LO MENOS UNA VEZ LA ACIDEZ DEL LIQUIDO QUE ACOMPAÑA AL MATERIAL DURANTE LA ACTIVACION. EL METODO SE CARACTERIZA POR QUE LA ACIDEZ DEL LIQUIDO SE MIDE DESPUES DE LLEVAR EL TIEMPO DERIVADO DE LA CONCENTRACION DE NITRATO DEL LIQUIDO, EXPRESADO EN MILIMOLES POR LITRO DE LIQUIDO POR MINUTO, A UN NIVEL POR DEBAJO DE +0,2 Y UTILIZANDO EL VALOR DE ACIDEZ MEDIDO PARA ESTABLECER LA CANTIDAD OPTIMA DE ACIDO MINERALPARA LA CONTINUACION Y TERMINACION DE LA ACTIVACION, Y CARGANDO TODA ESTA CANTIDAD O UNA PARTE DE ESTA CANTIDAD DE ACIDO MINERAL AL MATERIAL LIGNOCELULOSICO.
