Abstract
Procedimiento para el recubrimiento de láminas de acabado y cantos sinfín, en el que I) se aplica una composición de recubrimiento acuosa, que contiene como componente I del barniz A) del 15 al 55 % en peso, de preferencia del 30 al 45 % en peso de una o varias resinas de melamina diluibles en agua, B) del 0 al 30 % en peso, de preferencia del 0 al 15 % en peso, de una resina de urea diluible en agua, C) del 5 al 55 % en peso, de preferencia del 20 al 40 % en peso, de uno o varios polioles, D) del 0 al 15% en peso, de preferencia del 3 al 10 % en peso, de una dispersión de poliacrilato acuosa autorreticulante y E) otros componentes siendo la suma de las partes en peso de los componentes A a E, en cada caso 100% en peso, y en el que la composición de recubrimiento contiene como componente II de barniz del 0,5 al 30 % en peso, referido al peso de la suma de los componentes A a E, un catalizador endurecedor ácido, donde de preferencia se mezclan los componentes I y II del barniz inmediatamenteantes de la aplicación, y II) en el que la película húmeda resultante se ahorna durante un tiempo de 8 a 50 s a una temperatura entre 90 y 200 C, caracterizado porque el componente I del barniz contiene como componente E del 5 al 20 % en peso, de preferencia del 7 al 15 % en peso de uno o varios ingredientes de relleno con un tamaño de partícula medio de 0,015 a 10 m, un tamano de partícula máximo de 40 m y con una densidad de 2,9 g/cm 3 .
