Abstract
EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES SUMINISTRAR UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA ELABORACION DE GRANULADOS DENSOS DE ZEOLITA, REPRESENTANDO LA CANTIDAD DE LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION UTILIZADO MENOS QUE LA CANTIDAD TIPICA YA CONOCIDA SEGUN EL ESTADO DE LA TECNOLOGIA ACTUAL, QUE PERMITE QUE LOS POLICARBOXILATOS (CO)POLIMERICOS SEAN UTILIZADOS COMO EL CONSTITUYENTE DISUELTO DEL LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION. EN EL PROCEDIMIENTO PROPUESTO, LOS MATERIALES DE GRANULACION CONSISTEN EN UNA ZEOLITA Y SALES DE SODIO O POTASIO DE ACIDOS CARBOXILICOS POLIMERICOS O COPOLIMERICOS, CON UNA DENSIDAD A GRANEL DESDE 750 A 1000 G/L, SIENDO PRODUCIDOS MEDIANTE GRANULACION CON LA ADICION DE UN LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION. SE AÑADE PARTE DE LA ZEOLITA EN FORMA SECA DE ROCIADO Y AL MENOS EL 90 % DE LAS PARTICULAS DE ZEOLITA DISPONEN DE UN DIAMETRO ENTRE 50 Y 700 MICRAS, CONTENIENDO EL LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION UNA MEZCLA DE AGUA, ZEOLITA Y CARBOXILATOS (CO)POLIMERICOS.
