A), DONDE R1 Y R2 REPRESENTAN INDEPENDIENTEMENTE R", OR" O R"COO, DONDE R" ES GRUPO ALQUILO NO SATURADO DE CADENA RECTA O RAMIFICADA, A ALQUILENO QUE TIENE DE 1-24 ATOMOS DE CARBONO, Y DONDE POR LO MENOS UNO DE R1 Y R2 ES R"COO O R"O; DONDE R3 ES UNA ALQUILAMINA DE CADENA RECTA O RAMIFICADA DE 1-24 ATOMOS DE CARBONO, CON UN LIGANDO PARA FORMAR UN COMPUESTO FOSFOLIPIDO-LIGANDO POLAR; Y (B) HACER REACCIONAR ESTE COMPUESTO, QUE SE PUEDE ACTIVAR PREVIAMENTE, CON UN ANALITO PARA FORMAR EL CONJUGADO FOSFODIESTER-LIGANDO-ANALITO; SIENDO EL LIGANDO REACTIVO CON LA PARTE R3 DEL FOSFOLIPIDO Y CON EL ANALITO; Y, OPCIONALMENTE, (C) PURIFICAR EL CONJUGADO FOSFODIESTER-LIGANDO-ANALITO.
