LAS PATATAS CORTADAS SE RECUBREN LUEGO CON UNA LECHADA DE ALMIDON ACUOSO. LA LECHADA DE ALMIDON ACUOSO ESTA COMPUESTA DE UNA COMBINACION DE ALMIDON DE PATATA MODIFICADO SIN GELATINIZAR, ALMIDON DE MAIZ SIN GELATINIZAR MODIFICADO, HARINA DE ARROZ Y OTROS INGREDIENTES OPCIONALES. LAS TIRAS DE PATATAS REBOZADAS SE FRIEN PARCIALMENTE EN ACEITE Y LUEGO SE CONGELAN. LAS TIRAS CONGELADAS SE PREPARAN PARA EL CONSUMO FINAL YA SEA FRIENDOLAS EN ACEITE HIRVIENDO, O CALENTANDOLAS EN EL HORNO. EL REBOZADO DE ALMIDON AUMENTA LA CALIDAD DE MANTENIMIENTO DEL PRODUCTO LISTO PARA CONSUMIR.
