UN PROCESO PARA LA PREPARACION DE UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSA DE UN INICIADOR QUE FORMA UN RADICAL LIBRE SOLIDO, UNA PLANTA PARA LA PREPARACION, UNA SUSPENSION INICIADORA Y EL USO DE LA SUSPENSION EN LA POLIMERIZACION DE MONOMEROS NO SATURADOS ETILENICAMENTE. EL PROCESO PARA LA PREPARACION DE LAS SUSPENSION CONSISTE EN LOS PASOS SIGUIENTES: (A) CALENTAR EL INICIADOR A SU PUNTO DE FUSION; (B) DIVIDIR FINAMENTE EL INICIADOR EN AGUA MIENTRAS QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN SU ESTADO FUNDIDO; (C) ENFRIARLO RAPIDAMENTE DE MODO QUE EL INICIADOR SE ENCUENTRE EN SU ESTADO FUNDIDO DURANTE UN PERIODO DE TIEMPO MENOR DE 5 MINUTOS APROXIMADAMENTE.
