UN APARATO DE COEXTRUSION, PARA VARIAR EL PERFIL INTERIOR DE UN EXTRUIDO GENERALMENTE TUBULAR, FORMADO POR UNA PRIMERA CORRIENTE DE MATERIAL ELASTOMERICO, POR UN ANILLO DE TROQUEL AXIALMENTE MOVIBLE, QUE VARIA EL TAMAÑO DE UN ORIFICIO Y CONSECUENTEMENTE EL FLUJO DE UNA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE DE MATERIAL ELASTOMERICO QUE SE DEPOSITA EN LA SUPERFICIE INTERNA DEL EXTRUIDO TUBULAR. UN ANILLO DE COMPENSACION; ESTA AXIAL Y DESLIZANTEMENTE MONTADO DENTRO DEL ANILLO DE TROQUEL INTERIOR Y SE MUEVE GENERALMENTE EN DIRECCION OPUESTA AL MOVIMIENTO DEL ANILLO DE TROQUEL PARA COMPENSAR LOS CAMBIOS DE PRESION DENTRO DE LA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE DE MATERIAL CAUSADA AL VARIAR EL TAMAÑO DEL ORIFICIO, PARA DAR UNA INICIACION CONTROLADA Y TERMINACION PRECISA DEL MATERIAL. UNAS VARILLAS DE PISTON ACTUADAS POR PRESION Y MONTADAS CONCENTRICAMENTE, CONTROLAN EL MOVIMIENTO DEL ANILLO DE TROQUEL INTERIOR Y DEL ANILLO DE COMPENSACION. EL ORIFICIO PARA LA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE DE MATERIAL ELASTOMERICO ESTA LOCALIZADO UN POCO CORRIENTE ABAJO DEL ORIFICIO PARA EL EXTRUIDO TUBULAR Y SE EXTIENDE EN UNA DIRECCION GENERALMENTE RADIAL. UNA GUIA DE REFUERZO DIRIGE UNA PLURALIDAD DE ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO TIPO FIBRA, AL EXTRUIDO TUBULAR ANTES DE DEPOSITAR LA SEGUNDA CORRIENTE DE MATERIAL ELASTOMERICO EN SU SUPERFICIE INTERNA. SE PRESENTA TAMBIEN UN METODO PARA VARIAR EL PERFIL INTERNO DE LA SUPERFICIE INTERIOR DEL EXTRUIDO TUBULAR.
