AGENTES ENLAZANTES, GLUTARALDEHIDO Y ETER DIGLICIDIL DE GLICOL DE ETILENO SE HAN USADO PARA UNIR EL FACTOR EPIDERMICO DEL CRECIMIENTO (EGF) A SUPERFICIES LIPOSOMICAS SIN UTILIZAR EL ENLACE PUENTE DEL DISULFURO DEL EGF Y, POR LO TANTO, SIN AFECTAR ADVERSAMENTE LA FUNCIONALIDAD DEL EGF. EL ENLACE SE PRODUCE A TRAVES DE LOS RESIDUOS AMINOS OFRECIDOS POR EL EGF Y LOS LIPOSOMAS QUE TIENEN FOSFATIDILETANOLAMINO. LOS LIPOSOMAS DE EGF MODIFICADO RESULTANTE OFRECEN UN AMPLIO POTENCIAL COMO SISTEMAS MICROSCOPICOS PARA LA LIBERACION DE MEDICAMENTOS.
