Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE FABRICACION DE UNA HOJA DE CRISTAL ABOMBADA DE VIDRIO LAMINADO EN EL QUE UNA DE LAS DOS HOJAS DE VIDRIO INDIVIDUALES RECIBE, SOBRE SU SUPERFICIE CONTIGUA A LA CAPA INTERMEDIA TERMOPLASTICA, UNA CAPA DE TINTA DE COCER. LA TINTA DE COCER ES APLICADA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE INTERNA DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO INDIVIDUAL PREVISTA PARA EL LADO EXTERIOR. LA HOJA DE VIDRIO PROVISTA DE TINTA SECA ES PUESTA, CON LA CAPA HACIA ARRIBA, SOBRE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO INDIVIDUAL PREVISTA PARA EL LADO INTERIOR. EL PAR DE HOJAS SE PREBOMBEA, EN ESTA POSICION, SOBRE UN ANILLO DE BOMBEO, CON COCCION SIMULTANEA DE LA CAPA DE TINTA. A CONTINUACION, LAS DOS HOJAS DE VIDRIO SON PERMUTADAS Y SON BOMBEADAS DEFINITIVAMENTE, EN ESTA POSICION PERMUTADA EN LA QUE LA CAPA DE TINTA ESTA SITUADA EN EL INTERIOR, EN UNA SEGUNDA OPERACION DE BOMBEO, SOBRE UN ANILLO DE BOMBEO QUE CORRESPONDE A LA FORMA FINAL DE LA HOJA DE VIDRIO EXTERNA.
