EN UN PROCESO PARA FABRICAR CARTON DE ACUERDO CON EL METODO HUMEDO, SE PREPARA UN SURTIDO A PARTIR DE FIBRAS PRODUCIDAS A PARTIR DE UNA MATERIA PRIMA FIBROSA, Y SE AÑADE UN LIGANTE ANTES DE LA DESHIDRATACION Y EL PRENSADO. EL PROCESO SE DISTINGUE POR EL AÑADIDO DEL LIGANTE A LAS FIBRAS ANTES DE LA PREPARACION DEL SURTIDO. EL LIGANTE PUEDE SER UN LIGANTE HIDROSOLUBLE QUE SE PRECIPITA Y SE FIJA A LAS FIBRAS POR ACIDIFICACION. LAS ACIDIFICACION PUEDE REALIZARSE EN CONEXION CON LA PREPARACION DEL SURTIDO O ANTES ASI COMO ANTES DE LA ADICION DEL LIGANTE. EL LIGANTE PUEDE SER AÑADIDO A LAS FIBRAS EN LA LINEA DE SOPLADO A DESDE EL DESFIBRADOR PARA PRODUCIR LAS FIBRAS DE MATERIA PRIMA FIBROSA, O PUEDE SER AÑADIDO A LAS FIBRAS ANTES DEL DESFIBRADOR.
