LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA LA DETERMINACION DE UN ANALITO EN UNA MUESTRA, SEGUN EL CUAL: (I) SE DISPONE DICHA MUESTRA EN FASE LIQUIDA, CUYO ANALITO COMPRENDE UN LIGANDO QUE TIENE AL MENOS UN LUGAR DE RECONOCIMIENTO ESPECIFICO DE UN ANTILIGANDO, (II) SE DISPONE DE AL MENOS UN REACTIVO QUE COMPRENDE PARTICULAS METALICAS EN SUSPENSION EN FASE LIQUIDA, NO SEPARABLES DE DICHA FASE LIQUIDA POR VIA MAGNETICA O ELECTROMAGNETICA, COMPRENDIENDO CADA PARTICULA UN NUCLEO METALICO SOBRE EL CUAL ESTA FIJADO DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE AL MENOS UN ANTILIGANDO; (III) SE PONE EN CONTACTO, LA MUESTRA Y EL REACTIVO, EVENTUALMENTE CON OTRO REACTIVO; (IV) SE COLOCAN LOS AGREGADOS METALICOS BAJO UN CAMPO MAGNETICO; V) SE DETECTAN LOS AGREGADOS METALICOS, PARA OBTENER UNA SEÑAL REPRESENTATIVA DE LA MASA METALICA DE DICHOS AGREGADOS, CORRELACIONADOS CON LA CANTIDAD DE ANALITO PRESENTE EN ORIGEN EN LA MUESTRA, SIENDO DETECTADA LA MASA METALICA MEDIANTE UN DETECTOR MAGNETICO O MAGNETIZABLE, GENERANDO ELCAMPO SEGUN (IV), COLOCADO CERCA DE LA MUESTRA, Y SOMETIDA A UN DESPLAZAMIENTO O A UNA FUERZA BAJO EL EFECTO DE LOS AGREGADOS METALICOS UNIDOS, PARA OBTENER UNA SEÑAL DE DESPLAZAMIENTO O DE FUERZA, REPRESENTATIVO DE LA MASA METALICA DE LOS AGREGADOS. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE TAMBIEN A UN DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAR ESTE PROCESO.
