PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA CONVERSION DE CEFALOSPORINA C EN ACIDO GLUTARIL-7-AMINOCEFALOSPORANICO. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO MEJORADO DE OXIDACION ENZIMATICA PARA CONVERTIR LA CEFALOSPORINA C EN ACIDO GLUTARIL-7-AMINOCEFALOSPORANICO (DESIGNADO A CONTINUACION GLUTARIL-7-ACA) QUE COMPRENDE EL ESTABLECER CONTACTO DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE CEFALOSPORINA C CON UNA MEZCLA QUE CONTIENE OXILDASA DE D-AMINOACIDO; EN EL QUE LA MEZCLA QUE CONTIENE OXIDASA DE D-AMINOACIDO ES OBTENIDA A PARTIR DE UN MICROORGANISMO MUTANTE DE CVATRIGONOPSIS VARIABILIS, CUYO MUTANTE MUESTRA 5 POR CIENTO O MENOS DE ACTIVIDAD ESTERASA BASADA EN SU ACTIVIDAD OXIDASA DE D-AMINOACIDO Y DERIVANDOSE DE CELULAS DE CVATRIGONOPSIS VARIABILIS CAPACES DE PRODUCIR OXIDASA DE D-AMINOACIDO.
