LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN ASIENTO DE VEHICULO, SOBRE TODO A UN ASIENTO PARA EL ACOMPAÑANTE DEL CONDUCTOR EN LOS AUTOBUSES, CONSTITUIDO POR UNA PARTE DE ASIENTO -QUE SE COMPONE DE UNA PLACA DE ASIENTO ANATOMICO Y DE UN COJINETE DE ASIENTO- Y POR UN RESPALDO QUE ES GIRATORIO EN LA PALCA DE ASIENTO ANATOMICO Y CUYO ANGULO DE INCIDENCIA CON RESPECTO A LA PARTE DE ASIENTO PUEDE SER REGULADO. AL OBJETO DE DEJAR MOMENTANEAMENTE DESPEJADA LA PARTE DE ENTRADA DEL VEHICULO, RESULTA QUE EL BASTIDOR DEL ASIENTO -EL CUAL UNE EL COJINETE DE ASIENTO CON EL FONDO DEL VEHICULO- ESTA REALIZADO DE TAL MANERA QUE EL ASIENTO DE VEHICULO PUEDE SER GIRADO, DESDE SU POSICION DE USO HACIA ATRAS, PARA OCUPAR UNA POSICION DE DESUSO, EN EL QUE LA PARTE DE ASIENTO Y EL RESPALDO SE ENCUENTRAN ALINEADOS ENTRE SI, DE UNA FORMA ESENCIALMENTE VERTICAL Y EN PARALELO. CON EL FIN DE PREVER UNA POSIBILIDAD DE GIRO DEL ASIENTO DE VEHICULO POR UN EJE VERTICAL, CON EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE REGULACION DEL RESPALDO EN CUALQUIER POSICION DE GIRO, ES ASI QUE ENTRE EL COJINETE DE ASIENTO Y LA PLACA DE ASIENTO ANATOMICO ESTA DISPUESTO UN DISCO GIRATORIO, EL RESPALDO ESTA UNIDO CON UN DISPOSITIVO DE REGULACION PARA EL AJUSTE DE LA INCLINACION, EL CUAL SE ENCUENTRA FIJADO EN LA PLACA DE ASIENTO ANATOMICO, Y UN RESPECTIVO ELEMENTO DE ACOPLAMIENTO -QUE PUEDE SER ANULADO- ESTA DISPUESTO ENTRE EL DISPOSITIVO DE REGULACION Y EL RESPALDO, ENTRE EL COJINETE DE ASIENTO Y LA PLACA DE ASIENTO ANATOMICO ASI COMO EN UNA BIELA QUE, AL OBJETO DE LEVANTAR EL RESPALDO, UNE -EN LA POSICION DE DESUSO- EL RESPALDO CON EL BASTIDOR DEL ASIENTO.
