EXISTE UN RIESGO CONSIDERABLE DE CORROSION DE LOS MOLDES AL SER ESTOS UTILIZADOS EN LA PRODUCCION DE PRODUCTOS DE CONFITERIA CONGELADOS Y SOMETIDOS A BAÑOS DE CONGELACION SIN SOLUCIONES SALINAS FUERTES.
