PROCESO Y DISPOSITIVO PARA EL EMBALAJE DE BALAS DE TEJIDO, EN EL QUE PARA LA FORMACION DE UNA ENVOLTURA DE PROTECCION SE EMPLEA UNA HOJA DE PROTECCION, CUYO PRINCIPIO SE INSERTA EN LA EMBOCADURA ENTRE LA BALA Y LA PIEZA FINAL DEL TEJIDO Y JUNTO CON ESTO SE REALIZA UN GIRO DE LA BALA EN LA DIRECCION DEL BOBINADO. A CONTINUACION SE CORTA LA HOJA DE PROTECCION Y SE SUJETA A LA ENVOLTURA. CON EMPLEO DE UNA HOJA QUE SE CONTRAE BAJO LA ACCION DEL CALOR, SE REALIZA EL CIERRE DE LOS EXTREMOS DE LA ENVOLTURA SOBRESALIENTES DE LA BALA POR CORRIENTE DE AIRE CALIENTE, QUE SE MUEVE DURANTE EL MOVIMIENTO DE GIRO DE LA BALA RADIAL A ESTA. LA HOJA CONTRAIDA SE PRESIONA CONTRA LOS EXTREMOS DE LA BALA CON EMPLEO DE PLACAS DISPUESTAS LATERALMENTE. LA TOTALIDAD DEL PROCESO DE EMBALAJE SE REALIZA DE MODO VENTAJOSO SOBRE RODILLOS QUE SOPORTAN LAS BALAS DE TEJIDO PARA UNA FASE DE SEPARACION.
