Abstract

The product contains flower, water, salt, yeast and upgrading agent, as well as a mother dough which comprises flower, water, salt and yeast, such ingredients being kneaded, conformed into cylindrical sticks and subjected to a fermentation process, whereafter the products are rolled, and other ingredients are applied, particularly olive oil to impregnate the products, as well as sugar and pine kernels are arranged on top of the products which are then placed in an oven and, once cooked, anise is incorporated and sprayed onto the upper face of the products.
