CUANDO SE ANALIZAN MATERIALES POSIBLEMENTE CONTAMINADOS, COMO SANGRE, LA UTILIZACION DE UN TUBO DE EVACUACION PERMITEN HACER LAS MEDICIONES SIN QUE EL ANALISTA ESTE EXPUESTO A LA SANGRE. LOS TUBOS SON LO SUFICIENTEMENTE GRANDES COMO PARA CONTENER 1 ML DE SANGRE, Y ESTAN RELLENOS CON UN GAS INERTE A BAJA PRESION. LAS NATAS SE FORMAN A TRAVES DE UN ORIFICIO (7) DENTRO DEL CUAL LAS BANDAS DE CELULAS A RECOLECTAR SE SEDIMENTAN DURANTE LA CENTRIFUGACION.
