UN ALAMBRE DE ACERO SE RECUBRE CON UNA ALEACION TERNARIO DE HIERRO, ZINC Y ALUMINIO EN LA SUPERFICIE MAS EXTERIOR DEL MISMO. LA ALEACION TERNARIA CONTIENE ENTRE UN 10 Y UN 30% DE SU PESO DE ALUMINIO. EL ALAMBRE DE ACERO SE UTILIZA PRIMARIAMENTE COMO MATERIAL PARA MUELLES. UN METODO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ALAMBRE DE ACERO RECUBIERTO CON UNA ALEACION TERNARIO DE FE-ZN-AL INCLUYE LA INMERSION DEL ALAMBRE DE ACERO EN UN BAÑO FUNDIDO DE ZINC PARA GALVANIZAR EL ALAMBRE DE ACERO CON ZINC. LA INMERSION DEL ALAMBRE DE ACERO GALVANIZADO CON ZINC EN UN BAÑO FUNDIDO DE ZINC-ALUMINIO PARA FORMAR UNA ALEACION TERNARIA DE HIERRO, ZINC Y ALUMINIO SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE DEL ALAMBRE DE ACERO; Y LA ELIMINACION DE UNA CAPA NO SOLIDIFICADA DE ZINC-ALUMINIO QUE SE DEPOSITA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE EXTERIOR DEL ALAMBRE DE ACERO MIENTRAS ESTA SIENDO SACADO DEL BAÑO FUNDIDO DE ZINC-ALUMINIO PARA EXPONER LA ALEACION TERNARIA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE MAS EXTERIOR DEL ALAMBRE DE ACERO.
