Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE FABRICACION DE CAPAS DELGADAS QUE PRESENTAN PROPIEDADES OPTICAS Y PROPIEDADES DE RESISTENCIA A LA ABRASION. EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES REALIZAR CAPAS DELGADAS QUE PRESENTAN BUENAS PROPIEDADES DE COMPORTAMIENTO MECANICO, ES DECIR UNA BUENA RESISTENCIA A LA ABRASION Y A UNA ADHESION SATISFACTORIA SOBRE EL SUSTRATO SOBRE EL QUE SE DEPOSITAN. ESTE OBJETIVO ES ALCANZADO MEDIANTE UN PROCESO QUE COMPRENDE AL MENOS UN CICLO COMPUESTO DE LAS ETAPAS QUE CONSISTE EN: APLICAR SOBRE UN SUSTRATO (1) AL MENOS UNA CAPA DE SUELO-GEL ANTIRREFLEJO (39 CONSTITUIDO POR UNA SUSPENSION COLOIDAL DE OXIDO DE SILICIO DISPERSA EN UN ALCOHOL ALIFATICO, DEJAR SECAR ESTA CAPA ANTIRREFLEJO (3), SOMETER AL SUSTRATO (1) RECUBIERTO POR DICHA CAPA (3) DE SILICE COLOIDAL, UN TRATAMIENTO ALCALINO EN MEDIO LIQUIDO O GASEOSO.
