LA REACCION SE REALIZA SOLO HASTA QUE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION ES CONVERTIDA PARCIALMENTE EN 10 HASTA 15 % EN MASA DE DIGLICERINA, ENTONCES LA REACCION SE INTERRUMPE MEDIANTE REFRIGERACION DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION CON TEMPERATURAS POR DEBAJO DE 200 MEZCLA DE REACCION ES DESTILADA DURANTE UNA PRIMERA ETAPA DE DESTILACION EN UN EVAPORADOR DE PELICULA DELGADA O EVAPORADOR MOLECULAR A UNA PRESION DESDE 0,5 HASTA 5 MBAR Y UN FONDO DE TEMPERATURA DESDE 125 HASTA 170 DESTILACION SE DESTILAN LOS FONDOS A PARTIR DE LA PRIMERA ETAPA DE DESTILACION EN UN EVAPORADOR MOLECULAR A UNA PRESION DESDE 0,05 HASTA 0,3 BAR Y UNA TEMPERATURA DE FONDOS DESDE 140 HASTA 170 ICERINA SE OBTIENEN A PARTIR DE ESTA SEGUNDA ETAPA DE DESTILACION.
