LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN DISPOSITIVO Y UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PURIFICACION DE MATERIAL DEL SUELO CONTAMINADO QUE ESTA FINAMENTE DIVIDIDO EN UNA PRIMERA ETAPA Y ES TRATADO TERMICAMENTE EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA. EL DISPOSITIVO PARA LA PURIFICACION DE MATERIAL DEL SUELO CONTAMINADO DISPONE DE UNA UNIDAD (4,5,6) DE DIVISION PREVIA Y UNA ESTACION DE TRATAMIENTO TERMICO. PARA SUMINISTRAR UN DISPOSITIVO Y UN PROCEDIMIENTO DEL TIPO ANTES MENCIONADO QUE PERMITA LA ELIMINACION ALTAMENTE EFICIENTE DE LAS SUSTANCIAS VOLATILES A PARTIR DEL MATERIAL DE SUELO CON UN CONSUMO DE POTENCIA COMPARATIVAMENTE BAJO Y A UN BAJO COSTE, LA INVENCION PROPONE, QUE CON RELACION AL PROCEDIMIENTO, EL MATERIAL DEL SUELO A SER TRATADO SE APLIQUE EN LA SEGUNDA ETAPA SIN CONTACTO CON UNA LLAMA ABIERTA, POR MEDIO DE UN INTERCAMBIADOR TERMICO, HASTA LLEGAR A UNA TEMPERATURA POR ENCIMA DEL PUNTO DE EBULLICION DEL AGUA Y POR DEBAJO DE 400 IENDO A CONTINUACION CALENTADO, DIVIDIENDOSE FINAMENTE EL MATERIAL DEL SUELO A SER EXPUESTO A POSIBLE VAPOR SOBRECALENTADO QUE ELIMINA LOS COMPONENTES VOLATILES DE LOS GRANULOS DE MATERIAL DEL SUELO.
