Abstract

Para lograr, en un procedimiento para la fabricación de devanados para máquinas eléctricas y en una máquina eléctrica con devanados, en la que al menos una parte de los devanados, preferentemente del devanado del rotor, está fundida, realizar los devanados de tal manera que se eviten con seguridad los problemas de oscilaciones y vibraciones, se prevé en el procedimiento que al menos algunos tramos de devanados se fundan, y que al menos una parte del molde de fundición esté formado por la parte de la máquina que aloja el devanado, preferentemente por el rotor o partes del rotor, estando fundidos tanto los tramos en dirección longitudinal como también los tramos de devanado que unen los mismos, ventajosamente en un proceso de fundición. En la máquina, está ventajosamente repasado el o cada tramo de devanado fundido, preferentemente mediante deformación en frío, preferentemente por laminación, y/u otras etapas, preferentemente por torneado.
