EL APARATO COMPRENDE UNA CARCASA (1), EN CUYO INTERIOR SE TRANSPORTA LA PASTA, CON UNA CAMPANA (9) PARA LA EXTRACCION DE VAPORES; MEDIOS DE CALEFACCION DE LA PASTA A TRAVES DE UN FLUIDO DE APORTE DE CALOR; Y UN DISPOSITIVO (10) PARA EL AVANCE DE LA PASTA A LO LARGO DE LA CARCASA (1), QUE CONSISTE EN UN ALMA TUBULAR GIRATORIA (11), SOBRE CUYA SUPERFICIE EXTERIOR ESTA ENROLLADA UNA HELICE (13), FORMANDO UN TORNILLO SIN FIN PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE LA PASTA EN LA CARCASA. EN EL ALMA TUBULAR (11) HAY UN CONDUCTO (14) DE ALIMENTACION DE VAPOR, Y SOBRE LA HELICE (13) ESTA MONTADO POR LO MENOS UN SERPENTIN (16), POR EL CUAL CIRCULA VAPOR DESDE UNA CONEXION CON EL CONDUCTO (14) HASTA UNA CAMARA CILINDRICA (15) DONDE SE RECOGE Y DESDE LA CUAL SE DESCARGA AL EXTERIOR EL CONDENSADO.
